The Game’s perceived defiance to pay his sexual assault accuser Pricilla Rainey just bit him back. According to AllHipHop, a judge has seized Game’s L.A. Prolific imprint and any royalties from his Born 2 Rap album in an effort to recoup the roughly $7 million judgment against him.

Judge Virginia A. Phillips granted Rainey “any and all rights, title, and interest” in any money, property or future payments due to the record label. Even any salary Game might have been paying himself through LA Prolific will belong to Rainey.

Phillips added, “All third parties who receive notice of this Order are directed to pay any and all money or property due, or to become due, under this Order, directly to Plaintiff either: (1) by check payable to ‘Priscilla Rainey,’ and delivered to Plaintiff’s counsel” until the judgment is satisfied in full.”

Earlier this month, Rainey shared an Instagram photo showing off stacks of one dollar bills with the Porsche logo on the steering wheel in the background.

She wrote in the caption, “Somebody about to get their stimulus early.”

Since the post, Rainey has received a healthy dose of backlash on her subsequent photos. Comments range from, “When u be fake and think your winning but don’t understand THE LAWS OF KARMA” to “The Games been grinding for years to feed his family. And u come here as a industry plant trying to take what he worked for for 15 years. Shame on you and let go of your ego.”

She replied to one particular comment with, “my money bitch. Didn’t get a penny from that molester. Got mine from the mud.”

The Game Ordered To Pay $7 Million In Sexual Assault Case

Rainey accused Game of sexual assault in 2015. While on the set of his VH1 reality show, She Got Game, she alleges he sexually assaulted her during what she believed was a required after hours date while taping the show. She alleged Game got drunk and high then forced “his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks.”

Game denied the accusations and skipped a series of key court dates. In 2016, he simply didn’t show up for the trial. As a result, the judge awarded Rainey $7,130,100. Game attempted to get a new trial but was denied. The ruling was upheld last October.

RealStreetRadio has reached out Game’s rep for comment.
