As we reported, Lil Durk was recently transferred from a Florida jail to MDC Los Angeles.

He was in federal court on Thursday, November 14, and pleaded not guilty.

His trial is now set for January 7, 2025, and his bond hearing is scheduled for December 12.

Durk is being accused of hiring five of his OTF affiliates to kill Quando Rondo.

Durk’s motive for killing Rondo is that Rondo’s boy, Timothy Leeks, shot and killed King Von. But the Georgia rapper’s cousin, Saviay’a Robinson, was killed instead.

Durk has been charged with conspiracy, use of interstate facilities to commit murder-for-hire resulting in death, and using, carrying, and discharging firearms and a machine gun, and possession of such firearms in furtherance of a crime of violence resulting in death.

It’s also been reported that Durk’s lawyer is Drew Findling, who’s represented people like DaBaby, Waka Flocka, 2 Chains, and Donald Trump.

50 Cent reacted to Durk getting the famed lawyer, and he highly approves.

“Lil Durk got Drew Findling on the case he sharp, if they didn’t cross their T’s and dot their i’s he gonna hit the bricks again,” wrote Fif.

If Durk isn’t able to hit the bricks and is found guilty, he could get the death penalty.
