Puff’s ex Cassie will be one of the main prosecution witnesses, and the tape of Diddy beating the brakes off her in a hotel lobby will be played to the jury.
To combat her testimony and those images, Combs’s lawyers are expected to argue that the relationship between Puff and Cassie was “mutually abusive.”
The Diddler’s old foil, 50 Cent, isn’t buying it.
“Your Honor this theory of Cassie kicking Diddy ass, I’m not buying it!,” he typed.
