Los Angeles, CA – Yung Berg is facing some serious allegations. According to The Blast, the former Love & Hip Hop personality has been accused of viciously pistol whipping a woman he’s dating. The woman reportedly showed up at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles with a broken nose, prompting the Los Angeles Police Department to investigate the case.

The police report — classified as “intimate partner violence” — states the “suspect and victim became involved in a verbal dispute. The suspect pistol-whipped victim (numerous times) resulting in verifiable injuries.”

The unidentified woman claims the incident took place at a private residence in Los Angeles around 5 a.m. local time on Saturday morning (March 14).

While at the hospital, the woman was diagnosed with a “closed head injury, closed fracture of nasal bone, and facial lacerations.” She allegedly received “several stitches” and the hospital records state the injuries came from an “assault.”

Subsequently, the LAPD issued an emergency protective order for the woman, which prohibits Berg from coming within 100 yards of her. He’s also banned from contacting her directly or indirectly in any even by electronic means. The order will expire on March 20 and she must file a restraining order in Los Angeles Court if she wants it extended.

Berg was fired from Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood in 2014 after he was arrested for a domestic assault. As of press time, Berg hasn’t been arrested or charged with a crime.

He’s currently Vice President of A&R at Atlantic Records.
