Young Thug, who is currently on trial for racketeering, has been accused of being the shooter in the 2013 incident.
Prosecutors played a 911 recording in which a woman reports a shooting in an Atlanta area townhouse. The woman doesn’t know the victim but names Thugger as the shooter.

“A guy named Young Thug shot somebody,” she says.
Young Thug hadn’t achieved mainstream rap success in 2013, but he had just signed to Gucci Mane and was using his rap name.
He is facing at least 20 years on the RICO charges.
