Megan Thee Stallion ignited a firestorm of unsolicited opinions on Thursday night (August 20) when she identified Tory Lanez as the person who shot her last month. People began tossing the “snitch” label around almost instantly and made endless excuses for Meg’s traumatizing incident.
But Wack 100, who is notoriously “bout that life,” is making it clear there’s no way Meg can even be pinned as a snitch. In the wee hours of Friday morning (August 21), The Game’s longtime manager shared an Instagram post that read, “@theestallion is a – CIVILIAN – She can’t be classified as a SNITCH. CIVILIANS TELL THE TRUTH.”
He added in the caption, “My daughter is raised the same way — #NotGuilty. Stop trying to enforce Ice Hockey rules on a kickball field.”

Unlike Tekashi 6ix9ine, who identified as a Nine Trey Gangsta Blood member, Megan has never been gang affiliated. Therefore, Wack says the “no snitch” rule doesn’t apply to her.
As the rap community knows, Meg was shot on July 12 following an evening out with Lanez and Kylie Jenner. The initial details of the incident were murky and Meg was originally thought to be injured by shattered glass. Following Lanez’s arrest that night for felony possession of a concealed weapon, Meg confessed she’d actually been shot in both feet and required surgery to remove the bullets.

Rumors online pointed to Lanez as the triggerman and it turns out, they were right. After weeks of online torment, Meg finally cracked and confirmed, yes, Lanez was the one who pulled the trigger.
“I’m from the Southside — it ain’t like, ‘Let me go run and tell my business to the police, you know what I’m saying?” she said during an Instagram Live session. “I ain’t never been that type of person. But, I’m not gonna let y’all keep playin’ in my face. And I’m not gonna let this bitch ass play in my face either.
“So, since you hoes so worried ’bout it, yes this n*gga Tory shot me. You shot me! And you got your publicist and your people going to these blogs lying and shit. Stop lying.”
The event has been emotionally draining for the chart-topping Houston rapper. In another Instagram Live video, she admitted she felt betrayed by all her friends and was having a tough time coming to terms with it all.
Now with the Los Angeles Police Department reportedly involved, the Canadian rapper could be looking at felony assault charges in the near future.
