Miami, FL – Tory Lanez is feeling the heat once again. Roughly two months after Megan Thee Stallion identified him as the triggerman in July’s shooting incident, TMZ reports the Canadian native is now being sued by LIV Nightclub for an alleged beatdown that took place at the Miami club.

Christopher Harty reportedly claims Lanez and his security detail assaulted him in November 2019. Lanez allegedly threw some verbal shots at Harty before taking a swing and landing a punch. From there, the altercation escalated into Lanez’s security “punching, kicking and beating” Harty.

Harty says the attack left him with blunt force trauma to his head, neck, chest and back and multiple contusions and bruises to his body. Consequently, he’s suing the embattled rapper for unspecified damages.

Lanez has suffered what could be considered a fall from grace since the July shooting. Prior to the controversy, he was on top of the world with his Quarantine Radio show on Instagram Live. But now, the 28-year-old Love Me Now? artist has picked up a felony for possession of a concealed weapon and labeled a woman abuser.

Meanwhile, Megan nabbed another No. 1 Hot 100 single alongside Cardi B last month with “WAP” and is seemingly trying to put the drama behind her.
