Julio Foolio was shot to death in a Tampa Holiday Inn parking lot this morning while celebrating his 26th birthday.
Some folks believe a Tampa woman who helped set up the party also helped set him up for execution.
She denied that was what happened.
Foolio posted his location multiple times throughout the night so his many opps would know exactly where the Jacksonville rapper was without any help from the inside.
