A woman who’s being referred to as Jane Doe says that T.I. and Tiny sexually assaulted her in 2005 after meeting them at an L.A. nightclub.
According to the woman, she met a person named Caviar who worked for the couple at a party held at Coolio’s house.Â
T.I. and Tiny weren’t at the party, but Caviar said they’d be at the nightclub the next day, and that’s where the woman met them.
Doe then said that she ordered a couple of drinks at the club, and Tiny handed her a third.
Eventually, all three of them ended up in a hotel room, and the woman claims that Tiny took off her clothes in the bathroom. Then a naked T.I. joined them, and they all got into the shower.
The woman said she felt dizzy at that point, and Tip told her to get into the bed. From there, she claimed Tiny pinned her down and began rubbing her naked body on her.
Doe then said that T.I. penetrated her with his toe.
So, she’s suing the couple for assault, sexual battery, negligence, and false imprisonment under California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover Up Accountability Act, which stretches the amount of time that sexual assault victims can file a suit. Â
But the couple’s lawyer has called the woman a liar.
“Not only are the claims bogus, but they missed the deadline to file the lawsuit,” the lawyer told TMZ.
As many probably know, this is far from the first time that Tiny and Tip have been accused of sexual assault.Â
