New Jersey rapper Redman has lost a friend known for key behind-the-scenes hip-hop moments. Reggie Noble went to social media this week to announce the passing rap icon Notorious B.I.G.‘s former account manager Burt Padell.

Redman went to Instagram Tuesday (January 23) to break the news Padell’s alleged death.

Notorious B.I.G. even shouts out Padell on 112‘s “Only You” remix.

Business executive Andrew Medal previously talked about meeting Padell at his decked-out fice in 2010.
