In December, Houston police arrested Patrick Xavier Clark, aka DJ Pat, for the killing of Takeoff.
This morning, he was indicted for murder by a Harris County grand jury.
Pat is said to be an associate of the Prince family.
J. Prince Jr. was hosting the Houston party during which Takeoff was shot to death. Â The son of Rap-a-lot boss J. Prince was also seen walking past the Migos’s dead body.
But so far DJ Pat has been the only one arrested or indicated in the murder.
