In December, Houston police arrested Patrick Xavier Clark, aka DJ Pat, for the killing of Takeoff.
This morning, he was indicted for murder by a Harris County grand jury.
Pat is said to be an associate of the Prince family.
J. Prince Jr. was hosting the Houston party during which Takeoff was shot to death. The son of Rap-a-lot boss J. Prince was also seen walking past the Migos’s dead body.
But so far DJ Pat has been the only one arrested or indicated in the murder.
