We don’t know the first nine nominees for the 2025 XXL Freshman Class.
But we do know the dozens of rappers who are up for the fan-voted tenth spot.
One of those rappers has turned down the chance to be nominated.
According to PlaqueBoyMax, he is not accepting votes even though he is on the list.

“Hopefully, my boy BT will get it now. Will I be doing XXL? I’m not going to lie, no,” he said. “I appreciate the love especially since I haven’t dropped music the whole year.”
Given we didn’t even know PlagueBoyMax, a popular streamer, rapped, he was probably right to drop out.
