A 23-year-old Biggie freestyle is now the focus of a new advertisement from Pepsi.

In a report from Variety, the soda brand worked with Notorious B.I.G.’s collaborators Cey Adams and DJ Enuff to remaster the unreleased track, which featured a handful of lines centered around the popular soda. The freestyle originally aired during a 1997 interview on radio station HOT97 with DJ Enuff.

“Nothing can beat the P-E-P-S-I drink it constantly / Something ’bout the taste feels great, less filling / Tell ’em Biggie said drink it all, don’t test me / Nothing else beats a Pepsi / If it is, let’s see/ I’m thirsty,” Biggie raps on the track.

Accompanying the remastered track is an animated advertisement by Antnamation, where a group of animated figures hang out on the streets of Brooklyn while drinking Pepsi.

The ad was made to celebrate the late rapper’s induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame earlier this year. In related news, Biggie’s crown from his 1997 “King of New York” portrait session was sold for over $500,000 during an auction last month.

The rare item sold for $594,750 during Sotheby’s first-ever auction dedicated to hip-hop. According to a press release from the auction house, five bidders competed for more than seven minutes for the crown, with the price going from its initial estimate of $200,000 to $594,750.

The crown comes from the “King of New York” photo session photographer Barron Claiborne did for Rap Pages magazine. Claiborne’s concept was to portray Biggie as the King of New York, resulting in one of the most popular and recognizable photos in hip-hop. The photoshoot was the rapper’s last before he was killed in Los Angeles three days later. The crown has been in Claiborne’s possession since the photo session.
