When we last heard from Orlando Brown he was arrested for attacking his brother with a hammer.
The troubled former child star must have gotten that all worked out because he was partying up last month in Austin by SXSW.
Although partying might be the wrong word. Brown was looking positively disgusted with what was going on here.
