The Stones Throw duo is joining Guapdad 4000, Yuna, DVWN, and more, at the virtual music festival.

Knxwledge and Anderson .Paak are set to reunite as NxWorries next week for their first performance in more than two years.

The Stones Throw duo will join Guapdad 4000, Yuna, DVWN, and more, on the bill for Double Happiness Winter Festival, a livestreamed virtual music festival presented by EST on Wednesday, December 2nd. The performance was announced earlier this week by Stones Throw (see below,) who dropped a special edition vinyl single of NxWorries’ “So Nice,” featuring a new remix of the track from Knx on the b-side. Pre-orders of the picture disc are live via Stones Throw today with shipments going out at some point in January 2021. “So Nice” originally appeared on Knxwledge’s 2020 studio album, 1988, as one of two new NxWorries collaborations on the project.

And it appears to be a placeholder for the next chapter from the group. Last month, .Paak announced a sophomore NxWorries album was in the works. However, there’s no word on a release date just yet. The duo’s debut album, Yes Lawd!, was released in late 2016, anchored by the breakout singles, “Suede” and “Link Up.” It received a full-body remix from the producer the following year.

Tune into the Double Happiness Winter Festival at 7PM EST on December 2nd to see NxWorries’ virtual performance and hold tight for their next transmission.
