NBA YoungBoy has sworn off violence and may be in the process of becoming a Mormon.
But he used to be about that life.
And he required those around him to be about it too.
According to producer Dubba, when YB gave you a chain it meant you had to be ready to kill for him.

He said, ‘Hey gangsta. You know what that chain come with?’ I said what that mean. He said that chain come with murder. You gotta understand. Like if you gonna f*ck with me. What if you do a show, you hear me? And when you got on that bus somebody follow you and shot that sh*t up. Now yo, my beef is your beef. And I’m like, ‘what the f*ck is he talking about.’ So I’m like, tuck this chain … I’m just coming to make beats,” Dubba explained.
