NBA YoungBoy is set to plead guilty to Federal gun charges.

He had been facing ten years after being charged with possessing firearms as a convicted felon during a 2020 music video shoot. Police say he had a 9 mm handgun and a .45-caliber Glock.

We don’t yet know how much time he will have to serve with the plea.  He has been under house arrest for about two years, and that will likely count as time served.

In addition to the gun charges, YB is facing federal charges of impersonating a doctor in a scheme to get prescription medication, like cough syrup.

His plea doesn’t appear to affect that case.
