Earlier this year, Mustard placed himself smack dab in the middle of the Drake, Kendrick Lamar beef by producing K Dot’s “Not Like Us.”

The Los Angeles producer discussed the song in a new interview with the Los Angeles Times and was asked if he’d ever work with Drake.

“I don’t think I want to make a song with that dude,” he answered. “He’s a strange guy.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Mustard talked about recently seeing his 9-year-old daughter and others perform a routine to “Not Like Us” at her dance camp.

“She was right in the front, and I’m like, ‘You guys are dancing to a diss song about Drake at school,'” he said. “That was the best sh*t ever.”

Mustard’s comments come shortly after he dissed Drake by calling him the “Malcolm X of white people.”
