Method Man and Redman brought their old-school talents to Summer Jam last night.

They had trouble connecting with the crowd, and after the set, Meth said he was done with Summer Jam.

“Not our crowd at all.. thanks again, New York and the whole tri-state (that showed up to the event) plus Pete and Ebro I got love for you guys, but never again.. at this point the generation gap is just too wide for me..@nevercomingback,” he typed.

The show also featured Doja Cat, Offset, Sexyy Red, Sleepy Hallow, Davido, 41, and Tee Grizzley.

Does Hot 97 need to get better rappers to keep Summer Jam relevant?
