Kevin Gates recently tested the loyalty of a Chick-Fil-A employee, offering her 45K to quit on the spot.

She turned him down.
What it is about Chick-Fil-A? Â They don’t really pay more than other fast-food chains. Â (And Gates’s little experiment suggests their workers aren’t that money motivated.)
Is it because they get Sundays off?
