Last month, the feds hit Kay Flock and other members of the NYC-based Sev Side/DOA Gang with dreaded RICO charges.

Flock, who is also facing separate second-degree murder charges in New York state, is facing up to life in a federal pen.

According to Flock’s homie and co-defendant Sticky B, he was offered a deal to help get Flock.

He said no.

“Fought at rolling loud together.  Guess we gotta fight these people together.  It’s all fun and games till them people come.  they said “tell us about Kevin, help yourself, 30 yrs is a long time” well guess I’ll see ya in 30 yrs,” he typed.

Will he regret this?
