Jim Jones doesn’t like being compared to Nas, and he vented about it on Fat Joe and Jadakiss’ podcast, Joe and Jada.

It started when Joe told Jim that a young kid had said Jim was his idol and had influenced him more than the Queen’s Bridge legend.

Jim responded by saying that he and Nas aren’t in the same lane when it comes to numbers, and they shouldn’t be compared.

In fact, Jim got so riled up, he wouldn’t let Joe or Jada speak at first.

“My son can’t tell you one Nas record,” said Jim. “Let’s keep it a buck here … I got a hell of a catalog. Me, Jim Jones, myself. Gold records, platinum records, gold albums, platinum albums. Me, Jim Jones. No Diplomats, no nobody else. Check my track record, then go check everybody else track record … If you want to go to the Billboard entries, pull up Nas Billboard entries and pull up my Billboard entries.”

Jim was probably upset because last month, Styles P said he’s a far better rapper than Jim.

What do you think about Jim’s comments?
