Diddy is facing federal racketeering and trafficking charges for hosting sex parties, called freak-offs.

Infominds spoke to Hilton Napoleon, a former prosecutor turned defense attorney who works with federal crimes, about Puff’s legal strategy.

“Diddy’s defense team is definitely going to argue that these parties were consensual and these sexual acts were consensual. Ā But one of the difficult part about this particular case is that you already have one of the victims, Cassie, who has basically said that these freak-off parties were not consensual. Ā And when you see her leaving in the hotel room, and you see Diddy running out in a towel and basically snatching her, beating her up, and dragging her back in the room, it’s not necessarily going to be seen as consensual on a lot of peoples eyes,” he explained.

He went on to say that much of the case will depend on the evidence the Feds have, including massive amounts of CCTV video they obtained from his homes.

He believes Puff will end up getting 15-20 years in federal prison, which means he won’t get out until he’s around 70.
