This week, Future made it clear that he’s no longer rocking with Drake, breaking up one of Hip Hop’s most heralded partnerships.

The word on the street is that the two fell out over a girl.

DJ Akademiks says it was over 21 Savage.

“Everybody knew that Future was upset with Aubrey for doing that album with 21 Savage,” Ak said.  “For whatever reason, Future feels entitled to every single collab album with the boy.  He don’t think Drake could go to Atlanta, the place he’s from, and collab with another rapper because at least from what Ive heard, think about it like this.  Future was like, ‘Yo, you coming off the heals of the beef with Meek Mill.  You were the guy they were saying you could rap but you soft.  Who was the gangsta n*gga who gave you that stamp?”

This isn’t a new theory; we’ve heard it before.

Do you think that’s it?
