The track arrived late Thursday evening and immediately began trending on Twitter.

On Thursday night Cupcakke dropped a track calling out some of the biggest rappers of the year titled “How To Rob (Remix).”

Over a 50 Cent sample from 1999, Cupcakke takes shots at female rappers that have dominated 2020: Megan Thee Stallion, Mulatto, Flo Milli, and the City Girls. But she doesn’t stop here she also throws jabs at Cardi B, Doja Cat, DaBaby, Tekashi 69, DreamDoll, G Herbo, Chief Keef, Sada Baby, Lil Kim, Migos, Offset, Tory Lanez, Too Short, and Young M.A.

The Chicago-bred rapper throws out some bars that are a bit outlandish. For example, when rapping about Megan she says, “Run up on Megan like, ‘Give me your funds,’ and you can’t even run ‘cause you just got shot.” Then when she’s looking to focus attention on Cardi B she says, “Runnin’ through your party just so I can find Cardi, like ‘B*tch, I’m finna give you your old teeth back!.”

One line that potentially ruffled feathers was cringy and it alluded to Lizzo’s size: “Catch Lizzo, drag her out the food court.” Cupcakke also threw Flo Milli’s sound under the bus when she said her name then rapped, “Your music terrible, bitch it’s unbearable.”

“How To Rob (Remix)” was a chaotic ride from the start to the end. What can’t be lost here is the fact that freestyles and battle rapping are both largely missing from mainstream hip-hop. If the track did one thing, it got rap fans talking on social media, immediately after it dropped it began trending on Twitter.

Also, Cupcakke might not be looking to start any beef, before she dug into her peers she shared a disclosure. “Gang, gang, gang / If you hear your name, it’s all muhf*ckin’ love, don’t take sh*t personal / But you know how I’m finna slap this b*tch.”
