New York, NY – Casanova is currently wanted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for his alleged involvement with the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation gang.
According to a press release from the Department of Justice, the Brooklyn rapper (real name Caswell Senior) and 17 other people are facing charges of murder, attempted murder, racketeering, assault, fraud and more. Casanova is the only one who hasn’t been apprehended and is considered a fugitive. While details in the case were initially scarce, some trickled in late Tuesday night (December 1).

The Shade Room reports Casanova is tied to a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (RICO) case that revolves around the murder of a 15-year-old as well as other violent crimes, crack cocaine, cocaine and marijuana trafficking and a COVID-19 pandemic-related scam.
“As alleged in the Indictment, members of Gorilla Stone committed terrible acts of violence, trafficked in narcotics, and even engaged in brazen fraud by exploiting benefits programs meant to provide assistance in response to the COVID-19 pandemic,” U.S. Attorney Audrey Strauss explained. “Because of that, communities across the Southern District – from Poughkeepsie to Peekskill to New York City – suffered.
“Most shocking, as alleged in the indictment, a minor was murdered in furtherance of the gang’s activities. Because of the extraordinary work of our law enforcement partners, the defendants now face federal charges for their crimes.”
The FBI of New York tweeted Casanova’s mugshot along with a call-to-action shortly after the arrests were made. Investigators believe he’s somewhere in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
“We are still looking for Caswell Senior, aka Casanova, in connection with this case,” the tweet read. “He has connections to both NY and NJ. If you have information about his whereabouts, please call us at 1-800-CALL-FBI.”
The 34-year-old faces up to life in prison and a mandatory 10 years if convicted.
