Stomach pains forced Cardi B to make an emergency trip to the hospital on Tuesday night (March 31). In a since-deleted tweet posted the next day, the Bronx-bred star revealed a photo of her hospital bracelet and assured fans she was recovering.

“Honestly cause I been having some real bad stomach problems for 4 days I went to the ER last night and I’m feeling way better,” she wrote on Wednesday (April 1). “Hopefully tomorrow I will feel nomore pain.”

During her mask-clad Instagram Live session on Thursday (April 2), Cardi speculated whether the food she’s been eating caused her stomach pains. She also revealed she’d experienced weight loss and vomiting leading up to her hospital trip. Thankfully, according to her publicist, the stomach issues are not coronavirus-related.
