Rapper Buckshot Shorty of Black Moon was severely beaten in his hometown of Brooklyn this week.
The 49-year-old assailants were squatters in a property he owned. Â They recorded the beating and uploaded it to social media.

Buckshot is recovering from his injuries. He issued this statement.
“Recently I was the victim of a violent assault involving multiple individuals armed with weapons, including handguns. Â The attack stems from ongoing disputes over my property where I am the rightful owner but faced issues with unauthorized occupants who escalated the situation to violence,” he typed.
