Last month, Blue was stabbed while working out in the gym.
36-year-old Brandon Henry Snell was booked on charges of felony assault with a deadly weapon in the incident.
However, Blue didn’t cooperate from the beginning.
When officers arrived, Blue wouldn’t answer any questions or say his name and refused medical attention.
He also refused to talk when they followed up.
Because of his lack of cooperation, the charges against Snell have been dropped.
Although the stabbing was caught on tape, the angle wasn’t clear enough to overcome Blue’s stonewalling.
