The Nevada Democratic Debate got underway in Las Vegas on Wednesday night (February 19) where Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Mike Bloomberg, Joe Biden, Pete Buttigieg and Amy Klobuchar squared off in their race for democratic presidential candidate.
Bloomberg, former mayor of New York City, was repeatedly attacked by the other candidates for his controversial stop-and-frisk policy, while Warren went in on him for the multiple sexual harassment allegations against him.
Someone with the Twitter handle @AyoTristan decided to set Warren’s unbridled roast of Bloomberg to Nas’ “Ether” beat, specifically when she’s talking about Bloomberg’s previously documented behavior.
“I’d like to talk about who we’re running against — a billionaire who calls women ‘fat broads’ and ‘horseface lesbians,’” she said as the “Ether” beat plays in the background. “And no, I’m talking about Donald Trump. I’m talking about Mayor Bloomberg. Democrats are not going to win if we have a nominee who has a history of hiding his tax returns, of harassing women and supporting racist policies like red-lining and stop-and-frisk.”
Bloomberg stood there stone faced as Warren continued to tear into him.
The Democratic debates continue on February 25 in South Carolina.
