We are a couple of weeks into the Diddy trial, and we have no idea whether the feds are going to be able to prove the RICO and sex trafficking charges they have leveled against the disgraced mogul.

But what prosecutors have been able to make clear is that Diddy is a horrible boss and an even worse person.

Snoop Dogg picked up on that theme when he spoke on Puff and his behavior.

“I don’t expect none of these types of things to be happening. When I was given my position of power and of leadership, I like to take advantage of it and treat people good and make sure that people work with me don’t feel like they work for me,” he said. “And if there is a separation, I want to make sure it ends on love… I try to be a better boss than the bosses that I was around when I was an artist.”

Some folks are accusing Snoop of hypocrisy here: He is facing a $107 million lawsuit from an ex-employee who claims she wasn’t paid for her help in launching the new Death Row Records.

Snoop has said the suit has no merit and has filed a motion to dismiss it.
