The good news for Kay Flock is today he was found not guilty of the murder of Hwascar Hernandez, who was shot to death outside a Harlem barbershop.
The bad news is a New York jury found him guilty of everything else.
Flock has been convicted of racketeering conspiracy, use of a firearm resulting in death, attempted murder and assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering, and use of a firearm for attempted murder and assault with a dangerous weapon.Â
He faces life in prison when he is sentenced on July 16.
Last year, Flock tried to butter up Donald Trump, perhaps thinking he could get a pardon like Kodak Black did.
However, even if Trump was interested in helping Flock, it was a state case, so the President doesn’t have the power to pardon.
