Along with Rick Ross, A$AP Rocky, and of course Kendrick Lamar, Metro Boomin was one of the artists who dissed Drake this year.

He did it by making the very first instrumental diss track called “BBL Drizzy,” which had people grooving.

Metro was asked how he feels about Drake at Forbes 30 Under 30 Summit on Sunday and said it’s all love.

“I have love and respect for all my collaborators,” said Metro. “I just want to see everybody do their best and continue to help push this forward.”

He talked about the battle between Drake and Kendrick as well, saying it was good for Hip Hop.

“You’re supposed to feel like you’re the best,” Metro explained. “With two of the top dogs in the game and you both feel like you’re the best… we gotta have a showdown.”

But the producer attacked the rappers’ fans because they were still arguing about the battle months after it ended.

“It’s more like Stan culture,” said Metro. “It makes it kind of weird.”

Would you call Drake and Kendrick’s fans weird for all of their arguing?
