In her current battle with Kanye West, YesJulz leaked a text exchange that shows she sent his track “New Body” to Doja Cat and Ice Spice.
Nicki Minaj already recorded vocals for the song in 2018 but said she no longer wanted to be on it, because it should’ve been released a while ago.
“Sent New Body to Ice Spice & Doja. Let’s see who sounds best,” reads YesJulz’s text.
Evidently, Ice sounded best since Ye chose her to be on the song. However, he said her team won’t let it be released.

“ICE SPICE SENT A VERSE IN FOR NEW BODY NOW HER TEAM IS SAYING WE CAN’T USE IT,” he wrote.
