Bow Wow Has Something To Say About Not Being On The Top 50 Rappers List

People are still reacting to Billboard and Vibes’ top 50 rappers list, released last week.

Jay-Z was named number one, which sparked some debate. Plus, Ja Rule reacted and said he should be on the list.

Now Bow Wow has responded after one of his fans said that he was snubbed.
