Drake and 21 Savage have pushed the release date of collaborative album Her Loss after producer Noah “40” Shebib got COVID.

Fans will have to wait one week longer for Drake and 21 Savage to drop Her Loss. On Wednesday (October 26), the two rappers announced that their debut collaborative album has been pushed from a release date of October 28 to November 4, due to producer Noah “40” Shebib getting COVID.

At 21-years-old, Shebib was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, which can  leave immune systems compromised if fighting off the COVID-19 virus. In 2018, Pusha T mocked Shebib’s health condition, which the National Multiple Sclerosis Society reproved. Drake also responded to Pusha T’s diss on LeBron James’ series The Shop in 2018.

“When you mention defenseless people who are sick in the hospital, that passed away, that really sent me to a place where I just believed then, and believe now, that there’s just a price that you have to pay for that. It’s over,” he said. “Someone’s gonna fucking punch you in the f****** face.”

Both Drake and 21 Savage have been longtime collaborators, last banding together on “Jimmy Crooks” from Drake’s latest album Honestly, Nevermind, his eleventh album to go No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. The Canadian-bred rapper recently joined 21 Savage at the Morehouse-Spelman homecoming concert last Wednesday (October 19).

“Along with OVO, I really live this 4L s***,” Drake said at the event. “By the way, I didn’t get invited to this show. Nobody from Morehouse asked me to perform. My brother brought me here, so make some noise for 21 Savage.”
