Mustard has contracted COVID-19.
In a post shared to his Instagram Story on Wednesday (December 30), the superstar producer revealed his diagnosis and asked for a prayer from his 2.5 million followers.
“Tested positive for covid send a prayer up for ya boy…” he wrote.

Mustard tied the knot to his longtime girlfriend and mother of his children Chanel Thierry in October after getting engaged in 2018. The pair have been together for over a decade and have three kids together – two boys Kylan and Kody and their daughter, Kauner.
Even more recently, they celebrated Chanel’s birthday with lots of festivities – which could have been the determining cause behind the positive diagnosis. Thankfully, Mustard has gotten his heath in order in 2020 and shed nearly 50 pounds during the quarantine, which certainly can’t hurt in fighting off the virus.
“I made a promise to myself in January before the lock down that I was gonna focus more on my health, myself, get off of social media, and ignore all the distractions that i didn’t need!” he announced on his birthday in June. “Well here I am today, 30 years old and 47 pounds down!!!!”
