Los Angeles, CA – Blueface’s home in sunny Los Angeles is usually making headlines for the crazy antics that go down inside its walls. However, the West Coast rapper’s latest move is something a little more sensible — he’s entered the rental market.

The “Thotiana” artist has quietly put his San Fernando Valley mansion up for rent on Airbnb for $2,500 a night — rising to $3,274 after service fees and occupancy taxes. Dubbed the “BlueGC Mansion,” guests will get the whole building to themselves for up to 28 days or more at a time, with the inclusion of three bedrooms, three beds and three bathrooms. Ten guests are allowed to stay at the property, but house rules include no infants, no pets, no smoking and … no parties.

Among the many amenities are Wi-Fi, an indoor fireplace, dryer, washing machine, TV, air conditioning, towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, central heating and hot water, along with access to free parking, a hot tub and swimming pool. Despite all of that, a hair dryer doesn’t make the cut.

The Chatsworth place is listed under Blueface’s real name Johnathan Porter and has been linked in his Instagram bio. According to his Airbnb profile, Blueface joined Airbnb in 2017 and has only one review dating back to January 2018.

Blueface received backlash in April after inviting countless women to his home and ignoring calls for social distancing amid the COVID-19 pandemic. On his Instagram Stories, he documented a chaotic video shoot involving girls twerking and fighting, which even led to a wig being ripped off.

In October, Blueface detailed his living situation with multiple women, insisting his version of the Bad Girls Club reality show is simply a “second chance” for girls and that he isn’t sleeping with them.

“I don’t have relations with any of these women,” he said. “The purpose of the show is to develop these women by exercising there temper attitude patience an composure. And I’m letting them use my platform as a second chance to chase there dreams without selling themselves to get by we are all 1 family. They all have a past I just wanna change their future.”

He continued, “There is no mass production behind this I’m am the sole proprietor behind funding location an activities. I’m not looking to make money off these women from OnlyFans, but I would at least like to make back what I put in at the end of the day I am a business man.”

Blueface’s home isn’t the only famous California crib to hit Airbnb this year. To celebrate 30 years of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Will Smith and DJ Jazzy Jeff announced the show’s iconic mansion would be available to rent for just five nights throughout October.

“It’s your crib for the night, so feel free to act like you own the place,” the description read. “My wing of the mansion includes my bedroom (great for naps), a full bathroom (great for spitting bars in the shower), pool area (great for dips), an outdoor lounge, and the dining room (great for eating obviously). And you gotta do it like my guy DJ Jazzy Jeff so don’t forget your sunglasses!”
