Los Angeles, CA – Travis Scott raked in over $53.5 million during his Astroworld — Wish You Were Here Tour in 2019 alone. Coupled with album sales, a Nike collab and the success of his recent Fortnite concert, the multiplatinum-selling rapper’s bank account balance is presumably astronomical.

But it appears Scott is putting that money to good use. In a deal that’s among the largest in the Los Angeles luxury real estate market, the H-Town native doled out $23.5 million — in cash — for a 16,700 square-feet mansion in L.A.’s Brentwood neighborhood.

According to a profile from Variety, the estate was designed and built on speculation by the father-and-daughter team of De Loren & Associates and boasts seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms on three full floors of ultra-contemporary living space. The listing states the smoothly curvaceous sheetmetal is meant to evoke the lines of “a modern yacht.”

Immediately upon walking into the structure’s glass front door, guests are greeted by a floor-to-ceiling walnut sculpture designed by master Japanese carpenter Toshi Kawabata, opposite a 12-foot “green wall” that acts as a natural air purifier.

The home’s lower level is dedicated to recreation and entertainment and includes a gym, sauna, 15-seat theater, sizable wet bar area and glass-enclosed, temperature-controlled wine closet that holds up to 650 bottles. Under the outdoor swimming pool sits a game room equipped with a designer-done ping-pong table.

It also comes with an outdoor kitchen, poolside cabana, alfresco dining decks, a 75-foot infinity pool, parking for at least 12 vehicles and a 20-car “auto gallery” garage.

Scott currently lives in a $13.5 million mansion in Benedict Canyon, which he owns with his ex-girlfriend Kylie Jenner.
