The war between Future and one of the mothers of his children, Eliza Seraphin, just keeps getting uglier.

In new legal documents obtained by TMZ, Seraphin is accusing the multiplatinum-selling rapper of threatening to kill her “in an attempt to coerce her to terminate her pregnancy.” The alleged threat evidently scared her enough to report it to the police.

Seraphin is now countersuing Future for libel, slander and emotional distress. She says Future has accused her of sleeping around for financial gain, insisted she has a mental health disorder and called her a “hoe.”

Seraphin also claims Future sent her two different text messages reading, “Let your lawyers speak for u at this point! u bogus, stole my last name now u want to b relevant jus fall back off the net trying to to prove a point” and “TMZ this bitch stole my last name I think that’s what i heard! I will never respect a clout chasing bitch NEVERRRRRRR FOH.”

The couple reportedly engaged in unprotected sex over a two-year period. Once she became pregnant, he denied the child was his, but the truth came out earlier this month when a paternity test confirmed, yes, he is the father.

Eliza Seraphin’s Daughter Reportedly Makes Future A Father Of 7 — Or 8?

Seraphin sued Future last August and requested $53,000 a month in child support. Future first requested an injunction from the court and argued Seraphin had been attempting to use their relationship and pregnancy to gain fame on social media and had been harassing him.

Future ultimately filed a defamation lawsuit, but most of his claims were dismissed in court.

In a recent interview with It’s On Site, Seraphin’s attorney Brandon Rotbart confirmed his client plans to seek retroactive child support and attorney’s fees, in addition to the regular child support order.
