Billed as “an exploration of the culture and landmarks of the chicano and street art movement that cemented Mister Cartoon and Estevan Oriol’s status as behind-the-scenes Hip Hop legends,” the upcoming Netflix documentary LA Originals takes a deep dive into the two Chicano artists’ road to success.

On Wednesday (April 1), the streaming giant released the first trailer for the film, which features Snoop Dogg, Eminem, George Lopez and more. Additional appearances in the doc include Cypress Hill, pop punk band Blink-182, actress Michelle Rodriguez, actor Wilmer Valderrama and the legendary Danny Trejo.

Mister Cartoon — real name Mark Machado — designed the logos for Cypress Hill and Shady Records. As a tattooist, he’s inked everybody from the late Kobe Bryant and Dr. Dre to 50 Cent and Method Man. He’s also appeared in music videos for songs such as “Criminal Set” by Xzibit and “Stan” by Eminem.

The Estevan Oriol-directed film is expected to arrive on Friday (April 10).
