An unidentified woman recently filed a lawsuit against the Rick James Estate, accusing the late music legend of raping her in 1979 when she was just 15 years old.
50 Cent evidently saw the news and was quick to express his utter shock at the allegations.
“oh fuck this i’m done with all this shit,” he wrote alongside a photo of James and related headline. “Nah i don’t want to hear shit, these bitches be crazy.”
T.I. added in the comment section, “Shit wild.”
The lawsuit was reportedly filed against the James Ambrose Johnson Jr. 1999 Trust on Thursday (February 13) under the Child Victims Act, which opened a one-year litigation window for victims who were once blocked by the statute of limitations.
In the docs, the woman says James raped her while she was staying at a group home in Buffalo, New York.
“He grabbed my hair and pushed my head into the pillow,” she said in the suit. “I tried to fight him off, but he told me to ‘shut up and quit moving or I’ll cut you.’”
She’s seeking $50 million due to the “physical, psychological and emotional injury.”
