50 Cent had a clever way to send another jab at Lil Wayne over his recent Donald Trump endorsement. On Tuesday (November 17), the rapper-turned-television mogul fired off an Instagram post about Wayne’s new federal weapons charge and had a reasonable suggestion for the Cash Money vet.

“Wait a minute Trump still got 63 days left, call him wayne,” he captioned the post. “get that fool on the phone. they gonna try to put you in jail for supporting trump.”

Wayne was a trending Twitter topic last month when he posed for a photo with Trump at the White House, which he shared on social media.

“Just had a great meeting with @realdonaldtrump @potus,” Wayne wrote in the caption. “besides what he’s done so far with criminal reform, the platinum plan is going to give the community real ownership. He listened to what we had to say today and assured he will and can get it done.”

During an interview with The Breakfast Club this week, 50 claimed the Trump administration offered him $1 million for his support. He also suggested Wayne received a similar offer, which is why he showed up to the White House wearing an appropriate sweater.

“He got paid,” 50 said. “He had the sweater.”

Of course, it wasn’t that long ago when Fiddy encouraged his 26.2 million Instagram followers to “vote for Trump” after he caught wind of Joe Biden’s proposed tax plan, which would apply a 62 percent top tax rate to New Jersey and New York residents. But with the help of his ex-girlfriend and comedian Chelsea Handler, he eventually publicly denounced Trump.

Biden won the 2020 presidential election on November 7, but Trump has yet to concede 10 days later. In the meantime, COVID-19 cases continue to soar at record rates and Trump is spending his time tweeting “alternative facts” about the election and golfing.
