This week there’s an assortment of releases from Young Thug to KIRBY. Albums from Reggie Becton, Tone Stith, and Ego Ella May also caught our attention this week.

It’s been one hell of a week, between singles, videos, and the like. New Music Friday has got a bountiful lineup this time around, and there are some heavy hitters that have finally returned to unveil albums and EPs worthy of a listen this week.

First up is Young Thug’s Punk, the rap chameleon emerges to serve up his latest which is just as enjoyable as his eccentric journey, the release is packed with features from J. Cole, Drake, Travis Scott, Gunna and more; Offset Jim has dropped Rich Off The Pack, and Slimelife Shawty shares Better Living.

Maryland native Reggie Becton unleashes CALIFORNIA, a solid R&B album that’s tinged with honest storytelling and stellar production; KIRBY surprise drops Sis. He Wasn’t The One, a neo-soul album ideal for cuffing season; KALLITECHNIS returns to roll out BECAUSE IT FEELS GOOD, Tone Stith’s Still FWM also caught our attention this week and RINI’s Constellations is a superb listen.

Indie artists are really in their bag right now, one example is Ego Ella May’s FIELDNOTES; another is Joyia’s Baptism; Isa Reyes has dropped BELS and FACESOUL shares Yrsa.

More releases have also arrived for Jordan Ward, BeMyFiasco, Falana and Bathe.
